Marshall is more (much more) than just a realtor. He helped us sell a house that needed a lot of fixing up and although he did not formally take on the role, he was in essence, our general contractor for the job.

Oh yes, and our home sold in a week with multiple offers, almost all of them over asking price (and we thought the list price was very competitive as it was). It sold for almost $20K over asking and the only reason it took a week to sell was because he listed it with terms that all offers would be reviewed a week after the listing date.
