Richard Frank

Richard Frank has lived in Sonoma County and invested in Sonoma County Real Estate for over 25 years. Richard has been an Agent and Broker Associate with Better Homes Realty, CPS, Simpac Financial and with his own company RAFA, Inc. for the past 20 years. He has been recognized with numerous achievement awards at Creative Property Services and is a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). Richard was raised in the Bay Area and graduated from UC Berkeley; he received a Masters in Public Administration from University of Washington. Richard was CEO of the Haight Ashbury Free Clinic, and a consultant to the California State Dept of Corrections. He also helped establish the first private corrections company offering detention services to Federal and State inmates. Richard turned his full attention to Real Estate in 1995. Richard represents and sells both commercial and residential properties. He enjoys first time home buyers and seasoned real estate pros as well.  He specializes in land development and acquisition as well as multi residential property investments. Richard has experience in handling use permits, country property purchases involving wells and septic systems, and multi residential income properties.He has been a Sonoma County school Board member, a volunteer fireman, a lecturer and an executive of a publicly traded company. Richard loves most all outdoor sports and still competes at tennis, and golf. He also skis, hikes, and enjoys travel. His wife is an avid horsewoman, an active volunteer and competes in canine events. Richard will serve your residential and commercial Real Estate needs with honesty and integrity.  He is a good listener and will never force you into a sale or purchase, but when you are ready, he will do the job right!
